The Green Bay center point is about the area of Neville Public Museum and the area of Children's Museum Green Bay.
Weather-wise, spring is undoubtedly the best time to visit Green Bay. The beautiful weather offers the opportunity to reconnect with nature and take advantage of all the outdoor adventures in Green Bay. Winters can be very harsh in Wisconsin, while the summers tend to be hot and humid. Fall also offers beautiful weather as well, although it tends to be warmer and more enjoyable in the spring.
During the fall, you can take advantage of Green Bay's favorite pastime by getting tickets to see the Packers play. Grab your foam cheesehead hat and see what all the fuss is about by checking out a game in Lambeau Stadium. Unfortunately, you will pay a premium for hotels during this time, but it's worth it to get to experience the atmosphere of a Packer's Game Day.
The most affordable time to visit Green Bay is during the winter when the hotel prices are at their lowest. Although the frigid temperatures will likely keep you indoors, you can take the opportunity to visit the restaurants and museums that Green Bay has to offer. If you are brave enough to head outside, you could try snowshoeing to experience the snowy weather.

Heritage Village has over 25 restored buildings going back to the 1600s, including a fur trader cabin from the 1800s.
If you're coming to Green Bay with the kids, they will love spending the day at the Bay Beach Amusement Park. Sitting on the mouth of the Fox River, the park has some of the best roller coasters in Wisconsin. It dates back to the late 1800s, although it has reinvented itself over time.
The amusement park is adjacent to the Bay Beach Wildlife Sanctuary, which is another great place to take the kids. Although it was initially meant to be a golf course, it was instead turned into the sanctuary through almost $2 million in donations. It is the second biggest sanctuary in Wisconsin and has hiking trails, an education center, and wildlife habitats.
Although there are a lot of things to do in Green Bay, for residents, it's all about the football. This small city takes its NFL football very seriously. Check out the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Museum that highlights some of the best players that donned the Green Bay uniform. Afterward, enjoy dinner and drinks at 1919 Kitchen & Tap.
If you're in town during the late summer through fall, then you need to experience tailgating and a football game at Lambeau Stadium. This stadium is the longest continually occupied stadium in the entire NFL. Although it has had its share of renovations, the Packers have maintained its original shape and preserved the authenticity of the stadium, which is why fans still love the experience of a live game so much.
Green Bay is best known for its football, but even if you're not a sports fan, you can find plenty of things to do with all types of hotels for a stay on any budget.

It's a big city, but felt like a much smaller community. Friendly, spacious, so many beautiful older homes. Enjoyed driving through it. After seeing The Meter Theatre, impressed by the city's commitment to restoring historic buildings.

Green Bay is actually my hometown. It was just beautiful in June. There are many things to do like going to a zoo, fun park, movie theaters, restaurants, casinos and the nice part is that it is easy to get from one place to another. Enjoy your travels to Green Bay.
The tour of Lambeau Field was fun and interesting even for those of us who aren't Packer (or even football) fans. The city has a friendly, calm feel and lots of great places to eat. I would like to spend more time there.
My favorite part was the Packers, duh

Titletown Brewing is a must stop for their delicious food that everyone is sure to like and best of all their beers.
The PACKERS
Lambeau Field Tour was one of my favorites.
Green Bay is a quiet and resourceful place to visit. Lambeau Field is obvious and after that, make sure you take the family to Bay Beach. Unbelievable prices! Parking is FREE. Rides average 50 cents! A bottle of water $1.00 and an awesome ice cream cone for $1.50. There is an animal sanctuary down the road. Free parking and admission. Museums to visit, bowling, arcades & plenty of eating establishments. Green Bay was economical and a great place to visit.
Lots of nice family places and eateries and lake perch is awesome.
We love Lambeau Field, but all the roads seem to always be under construction all the time.
