Please use the black bag (waste), and clear bag (towels and linen) for your items requiring replacement, and place outside your guest room door. Please dial “0” and our team will replace these items leaving them outside your guest room door in a sanitary bag. Common areas are cleaned with COVID approved cleaner every hour.
