There are some updates that could be made. Big Azz Fans Company: Needed for the 18 hole golf area hanging from the open rafters would create a great breeze š Ends and and middle area by lobby are great for airflow but trying to play golf in the other area is horrible.

Property Description
Just about anyone would find our hotel to be perfect for meetings and social events - we offer a fabulous Key West style open air restaurant with nightly entertainment, 2 outdoor bars, an indoor bar, fitness center and garden pool with hot tub. We offer a game room that'll occupy kids for hours and our very own atrium 18-hole Putt-Putt golf course! Our property sits on the Intracoastal Waterway and offers a fabulous view of the boats in the harbor - while being only steps from the beach and adjacent to the newly opened Splash Harbour Water Park.Our Flagship room - the Key West Center holds up to 200 persons with it's own veranda overlooking Lake Harbourside. Our charming Pelican-Sandpiper Room opens up to our breezeway courtyard and hosts up to 100 people. And let's not forget the Hemingway Room within Jimmy Guana's Restaurant - you can easily accommodate up to 50 people in your own private dining area. Sip on our famous "Big Bamboo" while you're here! We offer several room types to suit your needs...from Islander guest rooms with 2-queen beds, to 2-story Villas with a king bed, loft, jetted tub and private balcony! And of course there are several restaurants within walking distance as well as Jimmy Guana's our on-property restaurant with inside and outside dining serving breakfast, lunch & dinner. You can walk to Crabby Bills (Seafood), PJ's (American Cuisine) or Villa Gallace (Italian). We also reside right on the trolley line that travels from Clearwater Beach to St. Pete Beach. Tampa International Airport is approximately 25 miles from us.Having a event or just relaxing on Indian Rocks Beach will be sure to please even the most finicky of travelers!
