The hotel is at the final stages of renovation and wow! It is beautiful. Very spacious lobby with extra guest services for those staying extended length of time. Shopping service, and also have a borrowing program in which you can borrow various items for your room. Rooms are beautiful, contemporary colors with stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, and all of the home away from home necessities. Rooms are spacious and are all two room suites. A full breakfast buffet is included in the rate, and meeting space is available for rent. Outdoor sports/picnic area and swimming pool with grills and firepit. The location is easily accessible to downtown Charlotte, I-77, and the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel to groups and extended stay travelers.

Angie the morning kitchen manager is a joy. The morning stay staff is so warm and friendly. At check in the young lady at the front desk was supper helpful. I must say I will always recommend the Hyatt House.
