I live here. Only stayed here because our hardwood floors had just been refinished and the smell drove us out. This hotel allowed our pets to stay for free which was a big plus.

The downtown area has some excellent restaurants (like the Black Olive), a fabulous children's park, the Philosopher's House (for coffee, tea, pastries) and ETSU campus.
