Cueva del Gato Ecological Hotel is a haven of tranquillity, where guests can immerse themselves in the enchanting beauty of nature in an iconic location known as Cueva del Gato. A region rich in biodiversity with the hotel being less than 80 meters from the caves and a fresh water cristaline lagoon for bathing. Surrounded by breathtaking landscapes and its own vineyard and organic gardens.Our property features 7 unique and charming rooms overlooking the valley of the Cueva del Gato, exterior spa that includes a dome sauna, ice bath and outdoor gym. In addition a ceremonial Mexican garden, yoga and massage spaces, a blissful Roman salts pool that overlooks the famous cave and our exquisite farm to table restaurant Entreviñas.
Green Sustainability
We have a certified ecological farm on-site where we grow our own fruits and vegetables that we use in our F&B departments. We grow and produce organic wines on-site as well. Our hotel operates with a "zero-wastage" food policy where we obtain the set-menu food order with a minimum of 24 hours before the required reservation date. We do not use single use plastics and we work with eco-friendly suppliers where possible.
