There are no refrigerators in the room. Next door neighbor was at different times during the night and early morning hours extremely loud and I did complain. Was told security would be alerted. Ate at restaurant food was good and reasonably priced. I do enjoy the casino but next time might stay somewhere else.

Check in was easy. No fee for service animal. Room was clean. We requested a ground floor room at reservation. Desk handed me a key for room 211. I told him we had requested a ground floor room. He told me it was a ground floor room. They don't have ground floor rooms. We were definitely on the second floor. Only saying this in case you want ground floor. Steak house was excellent! Service great! Lots of gaming for your entertainment.

We had a great stay at this property. Checkin was a breeze, everyone was super friendly and the room met my expectations. the beds were very comfortable, pillows were very good. The only issue I had was how low the toilet was. Being a senior, the toilet was so low it was difficult to get off/on.

Everyone was pleasant, no attitude that you sometimes get from hotel staff. Made you feel comfortable, the front desk staff gives a great 1st impression. Polite, courteous, kind and pleasant to speak with. We will definitely stay here again.
