Hotel lobby and Room was beautiful and clean. Check in staff was very friendly unlike the checkout staff in the morning. Waited for five or so minutes at the front counter to buy drinks. When the lady showed she rudely rolled her eyes when I showed her my drink voucher. Checked out by placing my key in the container. Neither man or woman at the counter acknowledged that I was leaving or checking out. For this expensive of a hotel you expect more friendly staff. Very disappointed.

We had a lovely stay, room was very spacious with views out to the trees. Staff very accommodating. Parking available, which is a big deal in Alexandria.

I stayed here for four nights last year. Such a comfortable place to stay. It's also very close to the water and very close to Old Town shops and restaurants. Definitely will stay again.
