Many walkable bars and restaurants that are great. Easy access to the metro with a 5 minute walk to the Georgia Ave. Station. Felt super safe just a few houses down from the police station. Parking was easy even with 5 cars, street parking was a nonissue even during the week days. Doors automatically locking was nice, never had to worry if you forgot to or not. Bed were comfy, the rooms very cool with AC, clean, and well put together. I would recommend this to anyone!

This is a newly re-constructed home off Georgia Ave. NW in the Columbia Hts/Petworth neighborhood, a bustling area near Petworth & 14th St metro train stations. You are 6 mins from Downtown DC & 3 mins to the U Street corridor. The space is the entire home which includes the 1 bedroom 1 bath entire apartment suite in the basement. The upper floors have a total of 4 Bedrooms & 3 full Baths w/a master bedroom with private bath. The entire house sleeps up to 17 adults.Located a few blocks North of Howard University, off Georgia Ave NW, in trendy Columbia Heights, NW, DC is a Townhome w/Beautiful/chic 1st flr living room/dining & kitchen of a new/completely rebuilt Townhouse. This home has everything needed for families, meetings, business social functions/get-togethers including small birthday gatherings or game nights/days. Work Desk, Computer & printer, Large smart TV in living rm & smart TV's in all bedrooms/strong upgraded wifi speed to accommodate zoom meetings/Cable ready. Large spacious Kitchen w/ all amenities/Washer/dryer/New/modern (see reviews).The space is great for multiple families or small groups, adult gatherings including birthday get-togethers. The typical guests who stay at the house & loving it are groups of friends, 2 or 3 families visiting for recreation, weddings, funerals. There is a separate English basement with its own entrance and exit doors. It can be locked off from the upper floors if desired or booked separately with a max of 5. The space, on the 1st and 2nd floors can accommodate comfortably a group of 10 though it can sleep a max of 12 with double occupancy, with an additional person for the single sleep sofa in the master bedroom. The king bed in the master BR is very large, and added to that is a single sofa that opens up into a single bed for another guest or child. There are two other bedrooms on the 2nd floor, with queen and double beds and a second bath. The first floor has a very private bedroom with queen bed and a full bathroom with large shower stall (perfect for persons with disabilities or medical inhibitions) just outside the door that leads into the large kitchen and living rooms. In the living room are two sofas that can also be used as beds. The backdoor in the rear bedroom leads to the fenced side and backyard which leads to the single parking space immediately behind the house. The backyard is equipped with table and chairs for relaxing and there's also a gas grill. The very private side of the house is available to use for social functions etc. The house is fully furnished with everything you need while away from home. It also has a drinking water dispenser with refillable water jugs; a seasoning rack with different seasonings for cooking, including salt and pepper, air fryer, blender for making you smoothies, coffee maker and supplies. In the second floor closet and bathroom vanities are a number of basic toiletries to fit your preferences. Most guests are usually pleasantly surprised to see the number of different amenities there. All you will need for your stay is your suitcase. There are also toothbrushes and toothpaste in the closet just in case you have forgotten yours. The maximum amount of guests for this entire listing is 15-17 as reflected in the price. You are welcome to book the upper floors for a maximum of 12 sleeping guests (double occupancy) only. Should you desire to use the lower level/basement unit, or the upper floors only, please so state in your booking and it will be priced accordingly. We are open to negotiations, and respectfully requests upfront disclosure of the amount of intended guests & any special use of the home, eg social function. Pets are not allowed in the upper floors, however, if you desire the use the basement unit only, pets can be allowed for an extra pet fee. Green Sustainability

A visitor parking permit can be obtained if needed but not necessary.
