I was impressed by the cleanliness of my room and the hotel in general. Also by the friendliness and efficiency of the staff. My daughter and I stayed here and had breakfast at the hotel twice and dinner once. Everything was great, including the service.

At 1:11 am there was a knock on my door, waking me up. One of the staff members said that he was there to fix my air conditioning. I replied that I had no idea what he was talking about. Turns out he had the wrong room, (you think he would have first made sure that he had the right room., also maybe an apology would've been a professional response. Then at 2:25 a fire alarm went off loudly waking us up again, telling us to evacuate the building. Loudest noise that I have ever heard in my entire lifetime. We evacuated our room and building, after 40 minutes of standing outside in our robes they started letting everyone back in. Without any explanation pr apologies. Not professional at all.
