There was a lot of nice places to eat and shop. People were friendly and helpful. Some of the older buildings are breathtaking. A place right out of the past. I loved all the churches, and the architectures were magnificent. A must see!

Wow! The city was really bustling. There were so many restaurants and places to shop!
The sights and views! Went to Glendale Lake, Canoe Creek Lake, Whipple Dam State Park and State College to visit the Penn State Campus and Nittany Lion. Altoona is a beautiful town and I enjoyed visiting the Clay Cup and JJ Hadley and Co. Brewers for pizza.

Went to Altoona Curve baseball game. Liked the stadium, good concessions, fair prices compared to other parks. Had lunch at Levity Brewing; good beer selection.

A beautiful Roman catholic cathedral where we attended Mass on Sunday. Fun trip to the Boyer's Candy outlet.

Delgrossos was 15 minutes away and the mall was close too.
A city with great history. Took a train to see the Horseshoe Curve National Historic Landmark which was an unbeatable sight. The memorial museum was very interesting as well.
