Yes! Pets are allowed.PET POLICY: Although dogs may be allowed in certain units, under certain conditions, no other pets shall be permitted. All dogs must be approved by management in advance. A pet fee of $30 per dog, per day, shall apply. There shall be 2 dogs maximum per Unit and there shall be a weight limit of no more than 25 pounds per dog. “Dangerous Dogs”, (as defined below) are NOT permitted on the premises, except for a legally registered service animal (Excluding Emotional Support). Owners are responsible for any bodily injury, damage, property damage, medical expenses, and/or excess cleaning that occurs due to the pet. Dog owners are responsible for cleaning up after their dog(s) and need to let pets relieve themselves in designated areas. Except for legally registered service animal(s), dogs are not allowed inside the gated pool area, except for room access. If evidence of an additional pet is found in the unit, or on the premises, you will be asked to vacate immediately with no refund of rent or damage deposit.
