My wife and I stayed here due to its proximity to Northwestern Memorial, as she has an MRI for her brain cancer twice a year. The room was nice and clean plenty of room for our stuff. Had a desk, refrigerator, closet with a safe, extra outlets and nice decor. Keep in mind, this was a standard room. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were nice and puffy. I'm a hotel pillow snob. :) It's right on the Magnificent Mile and beat the competition substantially. For under $200 a night, it was well worth it, and we'll definitely stay here again. Not to mention, the hotel staff was very friendly. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
