Have stayed there twice in the last month. Overall, well-kept and structurally similar to most other Residence Inns. However, the staff distinguishes this property. There is a culture of friendliness and helpfulness regardless of which staff member you are speaking with; Front desk staff (all) are attentive and appear eager to help. I wish I encountered this type of excellent customer service more often!
