I was greeted immediately upon entering the hotel by a friendly member of the staff who checked me in quickly. The room was spacious and clean. I would definitely stay here again if my travels ever take me back to the Raleigh area.

Rooms clean, beds comfortable. Blinds didn't work in two of our group's four rooms. Only one chair.overall cCOMFORT level 3. Staff however was excellent. Friendly, helpful and efficient. I wouldn't choose a Tru hotel again because of it's style and lack of creature comforts in the rooms.
