The bar, I have a better selection in my truck. 2.My room door looks like it wes kicked in a few times 3.Not the cleanest place 4.Someone needs to light a fire under the desk clerks 6.shuttle drivers music not just loud but very inappropriate 7."Mystery charge" on my credit card took over 30 days to resolved Hyatt still has not offered an explanation for the charges. I wasin this hotel due to a missed flight.So in less than 12hours I'll conclude that I will NEVER stay here again! Oh and I just checked, it took longer than 30 days to get refunded for the overcharge,.

Our guests will enjoy a spacious guestroom with a 42" flat panel high-definition television, our signature Hyatt Grand Bed™, a plush Cozy Corner over-sized sofa sleeper that is separated from the sleeping area, and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the hotel.
The innovation extends beyond the guestroom. Our Gallery is a warm and open area that features a self-registration kiosk, an intimate coffee and wine cafe, a TV den and an e-room with free access to a public computer and printer.
Guests at Hyatt Place may purchase signature hot breakfast entrees along with Starbucks® specialty coffees or enjoy a complimentary a.m. Kitchen Skillet breakfast. Hyatt Place also offers a variety of freshly prepared, cafe quality items, including made-to-order entrees, sandwiches, soups, salads and pizza which guests can order 24 hours a day, seven days a week via a touch screen menu in the Guest Kitchen or from the Guest Host.
