The Metro Nashville Airport (BNA) is 4 miles from Belle Air Mansion. Rental car, Uber, Lyft, or Taxi cabs will bring you to Belle Air in just a few minutes. There is no shuttle from the Airport to Belle Air. BNA is located at One Terminal Drive, Nashville, TN 37214.
Local Shuttle Info: Belle Air does not run a shuttle. For rides anywhere in Nashville, Uber & Lyft are available at the Mansion. You can contact Matchless Transportation or Metro Livery for limousine or shuttle services.
Breakfast Information
Each morning guests are served a homemade Southern breakfast on fine china and is included (free). It is served on the outdoor veranda or in the dining rooms of the Mansion but not in guest rooms unless room svc is ordered. The freshly made full breakfast may include one of the following options: Avocado on whole grain toast with eggs and bacon. Whole Cranberry sausage sweet cornbread bake, Hash brown cheesy casserole, Breakfast Soufflés, Breakfast Quiche, or French Toast bake. It includes fresh fruit, biscuits or fresh danish, orange juice, coffee and tea. Scramble eggs are available.

Service animals complying with ADA Title lll regulations are allowed.
Yes! Pets are allowed.There are 2 rooms designated for pets in the “Retreat House” which is next to the Mansion. The designated rooms are the Captain’s Room and the Paris Blue Room. Fee is 30 per pet. We are not able to accommodate guest's pets in any of the Mansion rooms or in the Mansion. Pets are not allowed in the Mansion. If you bring a pet into a room not designated for pets you may be asked to board your pet.
Parking Info
There are over 50 parking spaces at the Mansion for 16 guest rooms, so parking is not an issue. Parking is free and is on a first come, first served basis. We can arrange special parking arrangements if needed or for extra large vehicles.
Internet / WiFI
The WiFi is free and available throughout the Mansion including all guest rooms. The Wifi name & password will be texted & emailed to you on the day of your arrival.
Cleaning Policies
At the Mansion we go to great lengths in cleaning, disinfecting, and bleaching. We use approved hospital grade disinfectants that kill viruses on all surfaces that anyone will touch, including all doorknobs, handles, remote controls, light switches, tabletops, etc. We bleach all linens and towels etc.
