I have stayed at this Holiday Inn three times. The rooms are clean and the air is cold. The beds are comfortable. What sets this property apart is the hospitable staff. The manager has been helpful to me, especially once when I had a guaranteed reservation. I came down with a virus on my way to McCook and was stuck in Hayes Kansas for three days. They refunded my pre payment for the room which was a generous move. This will always be my go to hotel when visiting McCook.

Ease in check in even a little early. Only downside was there was a pizza box in our fridge with leftover food. The fridge was very smelly. The rest of the room was neat and clean.
