I have stayed at this hotel more than ten times because of its proximity to the airport.There has always been 24 hour pick up to the hotel.My third connecting flight from LA to Reno was delayed. I had informed the hotel from LA of a late check in. When I called for a pick up at 1am I was told there's no longer any service after 12:30. My room was dirty and smelled very bad and musty.The four pillows provided were extremely thick and not good for my neck. In the morning I was awakened early by the guests in the room next door.I was disappointed that there was no machine to buy water on my floor and I had to get dressed and go downstairs to buy water.I am a Best Western Rewards member and a frequent guest here but I will Never stay here again.I paid close to $200 for a less than Motel Six experience. A very unpleasant stay and comments by staff indicated that they are unhappy working here.

I had to catch an early morning flight and decided to stay in town the night before due to a forecast snowstorm. The snow started flying at 5:00pm, I had dinner on site and took a shuttle to the airport on ice covered roads. Perfect place to stay, warm, clean and met all my needs.

The staff at the sure stay were very helpful and efficient. the room was clean and neat. Our car was parked at the Sure Stay from Wednesday to Sunday. The parking was very useful. The shuttle drivers were very helpful at drop off and pickup. We will stay at SureStay again.
