I have a hip problem so reserving the handicap roll in shower room was great. What was not great was it literally took AT LEAST 20 lbs of force to open the door to the room! The closer is adjusted way too tight! It would take three people to get someone in a wheelchair in there. Also the HVAC unit for that section of the hotel is right outside the window and the noise and vibration disturbs your sleep. Bring earplugs and a body builder with you and you'll have a great time!
