Great downtown location, in a quiet neightborhood, in beautiful and historic St. Augustine, FL – America's Oldest City! You'll love the convenience of walking to restaurants and attractions, and local sightseeing tours pickup right at our front door. St. Augustine's beautiful, uncrowded beaches are just minutes away. Boutique shopping, art galleries and antique shops abound, and there are frequent events – many are free. Outlet shopping and ghost tours are also popular. Guest rooms are nicely furnished with two double beds or one king bed, and all but 3 are non-smoking. Denny's Restaurant is located on the property, and is open 24 hours, 7 days a week. All rooms with FREE wireless internet, coffee maker, iron and board, hairdryer, personal safe, large TV with FREE premium cable - including Disney Channel, HBO, CNN and ESPN - and parking is FREE! Private outdoor pool area. Upgraded rooms with a microwave and refrigerator are on request and availability at an additional cost.

Other items such as audio visuals, banquet rounds, linens etc. can be rented from Andy's Taylor Rental just south of the hotel. We do not provide food and beverage, but you are welcome to bring your own, or to work with a local caterer. A list of caterers is available upon request. Rental fees vary.
