We are the only ALL SUITE / FULL SERVICE Hotel in Tempe, and have completed an extensive $6.1 Million Dollar property-wide renovation in Late 2007, featuring a brand new, rich, contemporary, up-scale look to all 224 hotel guest suites and public areas. We are close to Arizona State University and central to all Greater Phoenix area attractions, sporting event sites, and numerous Championship Golf Courses. Suite accommodations include: full cooked-to-order breakfast each morning, a two hour management hosted cocktail reception each evening, and complimentary airport shuttle service included with all overnight guest stays. All of our suites feature a full size sleeper sofa bed in the front parlor area, a refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker, two 32" LCD flat panel televisions, two telephones, and Executive desk and chair. A full service Mexican style restaurant and Cantina (Garcia's) is available on property. In Suite Dining (Room Service) is also available. Hard-wired high speed internet access is available from all guest suites. For rest, relaxation and convenience, we offer a 24 hour Business Center, expanded and upgraded 24 hour Fitness Center, outdoor pool and whirlpool, and a 24 hour lobby gift shop. A 4,000 square foot Grand Ballroom, and 2,400 square foot Junior Ballroom, and ten (10) Executive Boardroom Suites can host meetings from 10 to 450 attendees.
