The rooms were clean and they made the beds and took the trash every day. The lady, I don't know her name, who served breakfast every day was so lovely and gracious.

The management and desk staff were unprofessional and rude. We booked a room, checked in a day ahead as requested. When we got to the hotel, the lobby was full of people trying to get a room. The manager said we would all have to wait an hour to see what rooms might come available after the cleaning staff finished. They were overbooked and some of use, after waiting more than an hour past check in time, would have to find other lodging. Their dumpsters were overflowing with garbage, not construction debris, but garbage. The pool appeared to be permanently closed. We had to scramble to find another room. I would give this place 0 out of five but the review only lets you pick 1. This place needs an overhaul from top to bottom.
