The presidential suite was the only room with a balcony. I specifically asked if they had room service and was told “Of course” no room service. The drapes were ripped and duck taped together. The whole area is under construction and difficult for an Uber to get to. The front desk was pleasant and helpful. However, it was drastically overpriced and didn't offer what was promised when booking. For what I paid you could replace two floors minimum with black out shades. I wouldn't let a guest at my home stay in a room with duck taped getto repairs.
