We loved everything about it! Big property, several outdoor spaces. Bartender was friendly and made a decent drink. Beds were great! Clean and spacious rooms. Very reasonable too.

A mountain style lodge in the heart of North Central Florida, the Cabot Lodge Gainesville delivers an experience unlike any other. When you enter the hotel you are greeted by a massive stone fireplace set in the center of our glass sided atrium, as well as the friendly faces of our front desk staff.The Cabot boasts 208 beautiful, spacious rooms, renovated in 2010. All of our rooms come with 32” HDTVs and double sided pillow top mattresses, our bathrooms come fully stocked and in case you forget anything, just stop by the front desk, we offer complimentary personal toiletry and travel necessities. To make you feel a little more at home we have an outdoor pool (so you can soak up some Florida sunshine), a lending library, and cardio center.Let us start your day off right with a deluxe continental breakfast.
