Property Description
Located in the Downtown District of New Port Richey and walking distance to over twenty local restaurants breweries, and coffee shops. Our west coast location in Pasco County is about a 10 minute drive to several beaches with a "no shoes-no shirt no problem mindset". Staying in New Port Richey would not be complete without enjoying the water; rent a boat and explore the nearby Islands such as Durney Key Island, an uninhabited stretch with a beautiful beach. Anclote Key Preserve State Park is 403-acres and is prefect for the nature-lover and outdoor adventurer.
Day trips to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, Busch Gardens, Tarpon Springs Sponge Docks and Tampa Bay Premium Outlets are about 30 minutes to 1.5 hours away.
