WaterWalk Hotel & Apartments San Antonio NW at the Rim is a brand-new concept that is opening soon where TX-1604 & I-10 meet in San Antonio's Entertainment District. We are just steps from Top Golf and within 5 minutes of Six Flags Fiesta & SeaWorld. We offer 1, 2 & 3 bedrooms that are both furnished with hotel like amenities and unfurnished apartments and ALL UTILITIES ARE INCLUDED.
We are priced competitively with some of the nicest apartment complexes in the area but with us all utilities are included including gas, electric and DirecTV with over 200 channels PLUS a DVR. We are pet-friendly (require a $125 non-refundable pet fee + a $75 DNA pet fee). We are conveniently located just minutes from Downtown and major corporate headquarters like H.E.B, Valeo, NuStar, USAA Security Service Federal Credit Union & Steak-n-Shake to name a few.
The complex is scheduled to open August 15th, 2018 so if you are interested in leasing with us do it quickly because these 150 units will not last long and you could be the first person/family to live in these amazing apartments in the premier location of San Antonio. Rates are based on occupancy and subject to change but listed below are the introductory rates we are offering for both furnished & unfurnished.
