Hotel was nice and clean but what set this experience apart was Maria at the front desk. We were in Bakersfield for a softball tournament that ended up being cancelled due to weather. Our team was hoping to check out early to head back home. She helped us successfully get our itineraries changed. It was awesome and she went above and beyond to help us! Thank you Maria!
