We checked in on a Tuesday afternoon. Check in process was easy. The hotel needs updated, however we had a great stay. The breakfast was good and had plenty of options. The rooms were clean. They let us use a conference room to hang out with our family in. I can't stress enough about how Friendly the staff was.

Walls are very thin so you hear every sound and no way to keep the fan running to drown out. We were glad to have a place that takes pets and is a haven from this storm. The staff has been friendly.

Thought I called the hotel according to the website ending being 3rd party, bed was nice, sheets were clean, other than the pot smell and what seem to smell of dog pee in the hallway and elevator would say it's an “Ok” place.
