I think there are new owners and they don't have the funds or are ill prepared for this experience. We had to ask for towels three times and finally had to get them personally from the desk. There wete two elevators our wing and one was not working. The working one had coffee (or something) drips on the wall which were not cleaned during our stay but on the plus side, the room was clean. There was no light to the remote entrance making it hard to see to get in.

The La Quinta Inn & Suites-Bayshore Town Center Mall Area is located six miles north of downtown Milwaukee and less than one mile from the shores of Lake Michigan. Bayshore Mall, the area's premiere shopping center, is located two blocks north. The La Quinta Inn & Suites features spacious suites. All suites include two brand new HD televisions, a pull out sofa sleeper, a microwave, refrigerator, and wet bar. Complimentary high-speed wireless Internet access is available throughout the hotel.
