I reserved room w a jacuzzi the whole reason for going. The girl working was being trained I understand but the customer shouldn't pay for mistakes. I am told a jacuzzi TUB was in room (not the same) I make my way to main floor jacuzzi and it's broken.my injury caused a migraine headache so bad. We left same day we arrived at 930pm. I am a local only there for a jacuzzi.. it would be nice to be compensated. I'm not demanding. Surveillance cameras will show our time of departure.
