Thrilled that the Element hotel is in a safe area and conveniently located. The lobby is bright, nicely appointed chic and stylish. Thomas at the front desk was welcoming. I'm so pleased with room which was extremely comfortable with lovely art work, bright, cheerful and modern with a comfortable bed and bedding. I highly recommend Element Knoxville West!
