I asked for more than two towels since we have children in the room and person said she spoke no English. I used my phone to translate. We had two rooms she put them in one room and not the correct number. But we worked it out amongst ourselves. One room was cool other was hotter and couldn't change. Must be broken (512). Front desk was always busy even with two people they could use a third. Pool is either under construction or no longer available. Shame nice way to keep kids happy. Great location. Food and shopping in area.

Because I am a Hilton Honors Member, I was able to check in and select the room number I wanted before I even left for my trip. I was notified an hour earlier than I selected that my room was ready, and I opted to use a digital key to open the room door. That was the coolest part of my stay was being able to open the room door with my iPhone! The room was really clean.
