The pipes were rusted, noisy room next door had three dogs barked most of the night, I was in a room looking over a balcony that was filthy and dirty and I called for a 7 and 7:15 Wake Up calls that never called called.

I was in Tampa to visit a sick relative at the nearby hospital and presumed room rates would be lowered. I was told there was “No such thing”. Friendly staff. Room assignment had a filthy tub marred with black markings and spots. I could not bring myself to get in. Desk clerk did apologize at that time but stated that some of the bathrooms were old and renovations were being done. I was later contacted via email and given an apology along with a room change. I must say, I was quite disappointed with room services. The buffet was delicious. While I was almost shocked with fees added for charging the bill to my room, I would rather have paid cash and saved money. Will I stay there again? Highly unlikely. Great staff, though.
