We are a riad in the medina, close to a public parking and close to the main attraction of the city (Jeema el Fna - Bahia Palace - El Badii Palace). We have 11 rooms:
ground floor
1 SUPERIOR with big double bed or twin beds
1st floor
1 SUPERIOR ROOM with canopy bed
2 SUPERIOR ROOMS with big double bed or twin beds
2 STANDARD ROOM with double bed
2nd floor
2 SUPERIOR ROOMS with big double bed or twin beds

1 SUITE ROOM with 1 big double bed 2mX2m and 1 single bed
All the rooms have private toilet/air conditioning/towels/shampoo and gel shower. No lift
***RESTAURANT SERVICE
Breakfast (7 euro each pax) and city taxes(2.10 euro each pax) are not included in our quotation. We have restaurant service with vegetarian/vegan and gluten free menu.
We have a splash pool in the patio not heated and a roof top terrace for sunbath, breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Our staff is available 24h a day and speaks italian, english, french, spanish and arabic.
***DRIVER ON REQUEST:
Transfer from/to the airport.
We have a driver for your comfort. Some guest find it's difficult and a little bit of a nuisance to be hackled by the locals, some guest find it's all in the name of self discovery and is fun. If you wish we can arrange a personal driver that will be available to take you were ever you need to go and be picked up where ever you might be. On pickup we will need a 1h notice period.We rather wait for you than you wait for us...the taxi fare are negotiated at the time of booking. To travel longer distances, we can arrange a VIP carrier to take you elsewhere.
***OFFICIAL TOUR GUIDE:
During your stay you can also take a tour of the city with an official guide who speaks English: half a day or full day. Otherwise there is a special tour: The Secret of the Artisans of about 2 1/2 hours starting with the preparation of the bread in the riad. After you will start the tour of the artisans in the souk with an official tour guide, at the end of the tour you will be back in the riad having a traditional Moroccan snack with your home made bread on the roof top terrace.
Among the other activities proposed cooking class (with market tour, cooking class and lunch on the terrace) about 4 hours at 45 euros per person.
***DESERT TRIP and EXCURSIONS
Excursions and tour can be planned with 2 different tour operators: HAPPY TOUR and AMIRA TOUR
HAPPY TOUR is a collective tour operator, the tours are on minibuses of 14 people with drivers who speaks Arabic. The collective tours are cheap, basic, they have tight timing and strong schedules.
Collective tours have daily departures, can be booked 24 hours in advance and must be paid in cash in the morning of departure.
For tour/excursions with overnight HAPPY TOUR is not able to guarantee private rooms with private bathroom until the day of the departure.
In the prices are not included lunch - entrance to main attractions and local tour guide and drinks for dinner.
AMIRA is a private tour operator, you will have your private car and your private driver. The private tour has also strong schedules but there is more attention to the guests.
The private tours have to be booked in advance and at the confirmation is request a deposit of the 30% of the tour, the solde can be in cash at the arrival in Marrakech.
For tour/excursions with overnight AMIRA guarantees private rooms with private bathroom, in the prices are not included lunch - entrance to main attractions, local tour guide and drinks for dinner.
All over your trip you will be in touch with our staff for any kind of problem or assistance, if would you like to have an official tour guide speaking your motherlanguage for all your trip there is an extracost each day
We also inform you that if you are interested we can suggest a hammam: ALPHAIS SPA that you can book upon your arrival.

1. Turn off the lights and the air conditioning before leaving your room.
2. We kindly ask you not to set the air conditioning temperature below 18°C.
3. Check that the tap of the sink and shower are properly closed before leaving.
4. If you need the bath towels to be washed and changed, please leave them on the floor.
5. If you want to have a henna tattoo made, please be careful not to spot the bed linen. The henna ink can’t be removed from fabrics. We suggest you covering the tattoo with cotton wool or wash the henna from the tattoo (it can be removed even 15-20 minutes after you have the tattoo made): the drawing will still be visible but you will avoid to spot the sheets. Otherwise we will charge the cost of the bed linen on the room invoice

Local Shuttle Info: Be rest assured that your private driver will be appointed to have you picked up from the airport/train station. Cleaning Policies
The rooms are completely disinfected at the departure of each guest. Frequently touched surfaces are disinfected several times a day throughout our premises with antiseptic wipes, disinfectants or bleach solutions: door handles, worktops, desks, bedside tables, stair railings, flush buttons, toilet seats, switches, remote controls and computer keyboards. The cleaning staff is systematically equipped with masks and gloves. Used gloves are discarded and replaced between each room. Dispensers for hydro-alcoholic solution and disinfectant wipes have been installed in the common areas, at the reception, in the kitchen, in the service rooms and in the bedrooms.
