The problem I had with the room is the air condition didn't get cool enough and the beds were very uncomfortable. If I come back, I will try the king size bed and ask for a good working air conditioner.

The Hyatt staff was amazing. The hotel was clean and actually smelled good. Anything we needed was provided without hesitation. Being close to a nearby store was a bonus. Hyatt was worth the stay as we book to visit Blue Bayou with the kids. Peace and quiet was an extra bonus! Thanks ladies, 10 stars from me!

I would definitely stay here again. My room was a lot bigger than expected. Very clean. It's located in a nice area. Surrounded by a lot of places to dine. The Mall Of Louisiana is directly across the street and easy to drive to.
