The only reason why I'm giving such a review is because I was out of my room from 9:30 to 3:30 at the pool came back and my room was not clean. I called the front desk. They said they would send someone up at 4:30. I called again, I left my room for dinner came back at about 11 and my room still was not clean. I went to the front desk and they told me that it was too late and no one was around to clean it.
