I have to travel to Charlotte for work every other week and stay one night. I have had a good experience each week. The staff has been friendly and helpful. Miss Charlotte always greets me with a smile and a servant heart at breakfast. I'm literally only there for approximately 12 hours so it suits my needs well.

Room was clean and very spacious. As a senior citizen I appreciated getting a room on the first floor near the welcome desk and dining area. I didn't like that there was no covering for the shower.

104 well appointed suites complete with refrigerators, microwaves, coffee makers, iron with full size ironing boards and hairdryers. For added convenience, we also have adjoining rooms and whirlpool rooms. Amenities include an outdoor pool, fitness center and business center. Guests will awaken each morning to our delicious complimentary hot deluxe continental breakfast with assorted hot items from eggs, sausage, Belgium waffles, to grits and assorted Danish''s, bagels, cream cheese, cereal, juice and coffee. .
