The accommodations requested two rooms close by (we were traveling with four children and 2dogs) was not granted. It was stated that they did not have the availability. We accepted the rooms given but found that the information given us was false. I'm not sure the reason for not allowing our family to be closer to eachother because when asked he simply said “that is impossible”. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this location in future travels. Other locations were very willing to accommodate and did so happily.
