OK, where do I start, well, how about the whole booking was false from the beginning. False advertising, I was told there was a pool, no there isn't and the hot tub has been out of commission for years. This place is dirty and smelly and the kind of people who reside and hang out there is sketchy no doubt! After reserving this room by phone our room wasn't ready, why because you have tenants doing the job and watching TV and talking on her phone. I heard and saw her from the door! Strictly unbothered by the lack of care, or consideration for the clients. Now, the lady who charged us a deposit was unfriendly and unaware of my current charges for the room, She stated that this CHOICE charged us less than she would have, yet, she still needed a deposit for this rat trap! I had to wait 45 minutes for our room, only to find it wasn't ready, no towels, a dirty towel behind the door, pubic hairs in the tub and a rusty tub. When I asked her for towels she only gave me three sets, we had four people, but she just didn't want to, because of the lack of towels washed! The doors are insecure in shape, you can see the hallway. Creepy people walking around, I am assuming the ones that reside there. It has been one of the most uncomfortable, I couldn't sleep, you can hear everything, inside and outside the room. We would appreciate a full refund or some type of consideration for our stay and false advertisement. No credit for any quality Inn. I suggest people find a safer, cleaner considerate establishment. Don't use these types of services without finding other alternatives first. Thank you.
