First room. Toilet did not work the best. Came to the room later and the A/C was not working the room was 80. Called the front desk and she quickly said she would have to move us since there is no maintenance there at night. Moved all of our stuff to a new room. No effort to provide a credit or anything. Not okay and totally unacceptable customer service by the company. We were 9 minutes late for the breakfast which is fine. But could not even get a cup of coffee.
