The price we paid for the convenience of walking to the Dome was that of a five star luxury hotel. Instead it was a substandard hotel. The elevators were out of service, consequently forcing us to use the stairs to carry all the luggage to the 3rd floor for my 6 person family. The stairway and large room we went through were cluttered with old mattresses stacked high and several miscellaneous items that made it look like a junk yard! No sense of urgency to get the elevators working. Most outlets in the room were loose and not operable. I was concerned about fire safety? Management needs to fix up and renevate this hotel! I will never stay here again!

Six suites are available to choose from, for the corporate executive or just for a comfortable, elegant room to enjoy during your stay. Completely remodeled in 2006, our guest rooms are 100% non-smoking and feature complimentary high-speed Internet access, cable TV, in-room movies, clock radios, coffeemakers, microwaves, refrigerators, irons and ironing boards, and hairdryers. The comfort and security of our guests is our number one priority. The hotel is staffed and secured around the clock and all of our guests have access to our gated, basement level parking garage. You can rest well knowing that you and your vehicles are safe and secure while you stay with us.Other hotel amenities include the sauna, exercise room and room service from Seasons, the in house restaurant and lounge.
