The staff is friendly, courteous and very helpful. They came to my room and helped me set up my TV and walked me through all the options for cable and streaming. Plus, they remembered me from two previous visits earlier in the summer. I felt like it's my home away from home. Keep up the great work! I will be back this year.

Our room was not well maintained at all, it doesn't seem to be cleaned very well, there was dust everywhere, both lampshades were broken and stained, the air conditioning struggled to keep the room somewhat cool the wallpaper had rips and tears and the breakfast was a joke, we went out to a restaurant to get get breakfast, we will never stay at a Ramada Inn again!

Freindly staff. They offer a lot of Services for free. When we arrived at the Hotel, AC, Internet in our room was not working. There was no Cold water, only hot water in tap. The receptionist quickly moved us to a different room so no complaints. The Internet here is not fast but still giving them a five star as the staff is very accomodating.
