The Best Western Inn Hershey is located right off of Rt.422 with one entrance on the hotel side of the highway; right in between downtown Hershey and the main attractions. The hotel is older so there is no elevator and has both interior and exterior rooms; they do have ADA rooms located on the 2nd floor, which is lobby level. 100 level rooms are the exterior entrance rooms. The hotel is 100% non-smoking and pet friendly; all guest rooms amenities include mini frigs, microwaves, WIFI; bathrooms are on the smaller side with the vanities outside. On-site features include: an outdoor pool with kids area, sundeck, vending on each floor, guest laundry, game room, free breakfast, fitness center, computer in lobby, ATM and free parking. This hotel is a good fit for the individual leisure traveler with pets, sports team or a family reunion.

We stayed here in 2021 and in 2023 we could tell the difference as soon as we walked in. Cosmetic work to the rooms has improved its appearance. The crew continues to make sure the place is clean and both the common areas and rooms smell great. Felt safe, clean and everyone on staff was super friendly and accommodating.
