I was blown away by the staff and the experience they provide at this hotel. Everyone in the lobby was unbelievably attentive and helpful. On top of that, they were genuinely friendly every minute of my stay. I have honestly never experienced that level of service at a hotel below five stars. You won't be disappointed with the rooms either, very spacious and comfortable bed.

We are located 3 blocks from the Galleria Mall and within a five-mile radius of over 200 restaurants in the North Dallas/Addison area. We are Newly Renovated! Each guest room offers our signature Hyatt Grand Beds in our deluxe oversized guest room with either a king or two double queen-sized Hyatt Grand beds. Each room is equipped with a 42" plasma flat screen HDTV. We offer a hot American breakfast buffet each morning. Complimentary high-speed wireless internet, parking, fitness center and a heated outdoor swimming pool.
