Stayed four nights with my mom, the front desk staff were very accommodating, attentive and exhibit a friendly attitude. The place was clean and the cleaners were polite. It would be good if the cleaners be more fluent in English.

I had tickets to a show in the area and had booked at a competitors hotel. When I tried to check in I was told their system was still down and they would not honor my reservation. I got on my phone and talked with a gentleman at your facility and explained what had happened. He said he thought they were full but he would check. He said they had a cancellation and he would get me taken care of for the night. It was a little farther from the venue, but was worth it. The whole staff was wonderful.

Staff was very kind, friendly, helpful. I was lost at the Tampa airport and the staff went above and beyond to pick me up and get me settled in the hotel. I had just lost a very dear friend (the staff did not know that) and the staff was exceptionally kind and I felt better.
