Staff members were all attentive and personable to everyone. There were massive numbers of power company workers coming in all day and night from different states, working to restore power from hurricane Helene. Somehow, with hard work and planning, this hotel was able to take house and feed everyone and still smile.

I came to Greenville for a much needed staycation. I am visually impaired and had to rely on a ride that was set to arrive at the hotel early. I called the hotel to tell them I was on the way. The person on the phone said it was okay and that they would get me checked in, no problem. When I arrived, the young lady with great personality, said, "Mrs Robinson". I was filled with excitement that she knew my name. Her name was Yolandria (I pray this is correct). She check me and my service animal in with ease. The room was very pleasant, spacious and clean. My fur baby and I enjoyed the comfort. I dialed zero on the phone and asked for extra washcloths and within minutes, I received them. Breakfast for the visually impaired was so easy. I once again dialed zero and the chef called to get my order. I placed an order and my food was delivered to me within minutes. The gentleman that bought my food up was very pleasant as well. I have been to a lot of hotels and this hotel is now in my Top 5. I have already recomended this stay to others. I look forward to being treated like royalty again.
