Very convenient to both hospitals and always friendly staff. Rooms are roomy and clean. Jade was on duty at the desk on arrival and was very professional and friendly. My wife was having a hip replacement the next day at Ruby and Jade asked several times if she could assist us with anything.

I'm a pastor and one of my members was having cardiac surgery at Mon General. The location is convenient to both Ruby and Mon General. Clean establishment and an onsite restaurant. Bed was comfortable and spacious, quiet room. Staff was very friendly and greeted with a smile. I'd like to especially recognize the evening desk clerk, Brianna. Very pleasant and even concerned about my church member's upcoming surgical procedure. I will certainly stay at this hotel again.
