The hotel is located just off Hwy 36 near some big name companies and the University of Colorado. The property is close to many restaurants and Greenbriar Inn, an elegant restaurant, tavern and private event space. The hotels amenities include a fitness center, seasonal outdoor pool, year round outdoor hot tub and free Express Start hot breakfast offering omelets, bacon and sausage and of course the signature cinnamon rolls. There are 106 guest rooms located on three floors in interior hallways and equipped with a 32 inch HD cable TV with HBO, a microwave and fridge and free high speed Internet access as well as a work desk with level electrical outlets and free local and toll free calling. The windows in the rooms do open. A Business Center for the working guest is available for copying, email, Internet and printing. The Holiday Inn also wants their guests to stay fit and use the treadmill, stair climber, or life cycle elliptical cross trainer. The fitness center is open 24 hours. Guests may also use an extensive off site Center. Average charge is $15.00. After the work out the hotel has an outdoor pool for relaxing swim.

All of the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean and quiet. I never heard any outside noise. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The breakfast was good too. Plenty of options available. The price was reasonable for Boulder.
