Cleaning Policies
Room cleanliness, is done daily once, unless requested otherwise by the guest or if the room is on do not disturb, for non Covid rooms.For COVID related rooms, we do not provide service, garbage is removed from outside the room following double bags and PPE protocols. Fresh linen is sent to the room and removed from outside the rooms in water soluble bags. Once check out, room is closed 24 hours after which disinfection process starts. No contact with the guest is allowed, only by phone.Public areas are checked regularly. Deep cleaning and spraying with electrostatic sprayer machine is done in the night.
